Koch Said to Invest $500 Million in Software Maker Mavenir

Koch Strategic Platforms has agreed to acquire a minority stake in Mavenir Systems Inc., a software maker used by communication service providers. “We’re taking material minority equity positions in innovative, disruptive companies with strong management teams that operate in industries with significant tailwinds,” KSP President David Park said in a statement. “We want to partner with companies that can transform Koch Industries for the future.”
