BG Kumar is a recognized leader in the mobile, telecommunications and software industry. As President of Mavenir’s Access Networks, Platforms and MDE, BG leads the mobile network transformation strategy for major mobile operators globally. Prior to joining Mavenir, BG was President of Mitel Mobile, which he joined from Imagine Communications, where he was Global Head of R&D. BG had also held several management positions at Genband, including EVP, Chief Product Officer, and EVP and President of the Multimedia Business Unit.
