Mavenir Systems, Inc. and its affiliates (“Mavenir”) respect concerns about privacy. This Notice sets out the privacy principles Mavenir follow with respect to transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) including the UK to the United States, including personal data received from individuals residing in the EEA who visit Mavenir web and mobile sites or apps and/or who use any Mavenir services or otherwise interact with us (“you”).
Mavenir complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Mavenir Systems, Inc. has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.

The entity responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data is Mavenir Systems Limited and its affiliates and the Mavenir US entities that may process personal data are Mavenir Systems, Inc. and its affiliates.
Types of Personal Data Mavenir Collect and Processes

We will only process personal data in ways that are compatible with the purpose we collected it for, or for the purposes you later authorize. Before we use your personal data for a purpose that is materially different from the purpose we collected it for or that you later authorized, we will provide you with the opportunity to opt-out. We maintain reasonable procedures to ensure that personal data we collect and use is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete and current.

The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Mavenir’s compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. - Legal Requirements
We may disclose your personal data if required to do so by law in order to (for example) respond to a subpoena or request from law enforcement, a court or a government agency, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary (a) to comply with a legal obligation, (b) to protect or defend our rights, interests or property or that of third parties, (c) to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services, (d) to act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Users of the Services or the public; or (e) to protect against legal liability.

Security
We maintain reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction in accordance with the Data Privacy Framework.
Access rights
You may have the right to access personal data that we hold about you and request that we correct, amend, delete it if it is inaccurate or processed in violation of Data Privacy Framework.
We process personal data on behalf of Mavenir customers (e.g. Communications Service Providers). When processing personal data to provide our services, we do so on behalf of our customers and in accordance with their instructions. Please contact your Communications Service Providers with your request. They will then contact Mavenir if they need our assistance to fulfill your request.
We also process personal data collected via our website, enterprise applications or services which we use for account management, billing or marketing purposes. If you would like to request access to, correction, amendment, or deletion of your personal data, then submit a written request to the contact provided below. We may request specific information from you to confirm your identity. In some circumstances we may charge a reasonable fee for access to your information.

You may choose to change personal data or cancel an account by contacting us using the contact details below. You can also unsubscribe from our marketing communications by following the instructions or unsubscribe mechanism in the e-mail message

Mavenir commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data to JAMS, an dispute resolution provider based in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please visit https://www.jamsadr.com/DPF-Dispute-Resolution for more information or to file a complaint. The services are provided at no cost to you.
Binding Arbitration
You may have the option to select binding arbitration for the resolution of your complaint under certain circumstances, provided you have raised your complaint directly with Mavenir and provided Mavenir the opportunity to resolve the issue.
