Large-scale open RAN systems must be tightly integrated and managed to deliver the performance and economics operators require. This session investigates the options available to operators for open RAN Systems Integration (SI) and how to maintain the technology through its in-the-field lifecycle. Among the topics, this session will address:

– Defining the roles and responsibilities of operators, SIs, and vendors
– Fast-tracking interoperability with subsystem preintegration
– SI options for Tier 2 and 3 operators
– Key attributes of an O-RAN SI (technical expertise, scale, in-market presence, etc.)
